Himecho’s five comfortable tatami guest rooms are typical of bedrooms in old village homes and bedding will be futons (designed for a softer feel generally preferred by non-Japanese guests and large enough to cater for tall guests) on tatami mats in each bedroom. This machine-style house, while still retaining its traditional character has been updated and modernized to ensure comfort levels. The house features a large living/dining area, TV, Wi-Fi access, fully equipped western kitchen, coffee and tea making equipment, 2 x ensuite bathrooms, 2 x shower rooms, 1 x onsen style bathroom and 3 x separate toilets, bath amenities, hairdryer, Yukata/Bathrobes and slippers, and in-unit washer dryer.
