Ryokan Sakaya
Located in the heart of the village and only five minutes from the Yu Road, Sakaya Ryokan is one of the best examples of a traditional modern ryokan in Nozawa Onsen. Several of the rooms have traditional tatami matting and futon bedding, but all rooms have flat screen TVs, a safe, small fridge and tea making facilities. The natural inside and outside onsens are a beautiful way to practice a traditional Japanese experience.

Compact rooms are approximately 28-32m2 and bedding will consist of 2 x futon mattresses on tatami matting (some rooms may have combination western/Japanese bedding) Compact rooms all feature TV, small fridge, ensuite bathroom (shower only) with bath amenities, hairdryer, and Yukata robes.
