Nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Western Europe, is the charming, historic town of Chamonix. This world class ski resort is an extensive network of ski runs and lifts, with the highest run taking you to astounding height of 3,842 metres. Try the Vallee Blanche Glacier with one of the longest runs in the world and the legendary skiing at the Grand Montets with its challenging wide open bowl. The variety of terrain caters to all skiers, with some amazing off piste runs. Courchevel is just one of the resorts of the fabulous Trois Vallées network, offering exceptional skiing and snowboarding for all levels of experience. The mountain has great powder, steeps and glades, jumps, a halfpipe and endless grooming. Take time to pause on the terraces of the many restaurants on the slopes and gaze out at the unforgettable scenery. There are different villages at 1850, 1650, 1550 and 1300, all connected by road, slopes and the lift system, offering a range of accommodation, restaurants and nightlife to suit every need.
Located in the heart of the Trios Valees, is the charming resort of Meribel. Known for plenty of snow fall, sunshine and an incredible ski area of more than 600km of marked trails and runs. With unique architecture, the charismatic village is great for families. 

 

 Charming, elegant and car-free, Megeve was founded upon a medieval 13th century cillage and developed by the Rothschild family into France's answer to St Mortiz. The cobbled streets ooze Gallic ambiance and are fringed with ritzy boutiques, antique shops, galleries and brasseries. A mecca for foodies, the village has some superb restaurants, three of which are Michelin starred. Part of the massive Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, the slopes here are great for beginners and intermediates, whilst the slopes of Mont Joux and Mont Joly offer lots of challenging terrain for the expert skier. 
Tignes and its neighbouring resort of Val d’Isère have something to offer everyone with 86 lifts connecting the two resorts and up to 300 kilometres of runs varying from beginner slopes through to experienced runs. With some of the best off-piste skiing in the French Alps, some advanced areas have ‘Naturide’ trails – runs that are not groomed! With traditional chalet style accommodation and hotel rooms, Tignes is a beautiful French snow resort and ideal destination for a memorable snow holiday.
Val d’Isère is considered by many to be one of the world’s top ski and snowboard areas. Linked with Tignes, the resort offers everything you need for the perfect ski holiday. Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe with the village situated at 2300 metres and the magnificent setting of the mountain range as its backdrop. Being part of the Trois Vallées the skiing is vast and varied. Situated in a vast natural cirque overlooked by six glaciers, the Val Thorens ski area offers doorstep skiing with a multitude of itineraries so you can ski in the sunshine all day long. The standard of accommodation is excellent in Val Thorens and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to explore.
